Healing Meditations: Becoming Your Own Best Healing Source


Meditation is both a technique and a process of gently training the mind to be more attentive. With meditation the focus of the mind initially is to become one-pointed so that one becomes no-pointed — the essence of meditation. All meditation approaches have a “healing quality” to them when practiced regularly. Healing meditations are designed specifically for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. This program allows participants to sample several meditation approaches for healing and general well-being.

Participants will discover that there is no single “best” relaxation technique for everyone but everyone can experience what works for them.

T'ai Chi Chih®: Joy Thru Movement


T’ai Chi Chih® (Tie Chee Chuh) discipline is a non-martial art that activates, circulates and balances the vital energy of the body. This gentle moving meditation of 19 movements and 1 closing posture is performed with the “effort of no effort.” No special equipment or clothing is needed and it can be done by people of all ages with numerous physical, mental, and spiritual benefits.
